New customer relationship tool for casino operators
A casino analysis company based in Ocean Springs, Mississippi, has developed a new tool that will allow casino operators to hone in on real customer problem solving data. Harvest Trends will unveil the PowerHost CRM at the Casino Marketing and Technology Conference which is to take place in Las Vegas today, July 14th.
The application promises an increased client management performance for all casino hosts that venture into using the software. It is perfectly integrated with both desktop and mobile devices and includes tools that will real results compared to set goals. The application also keeps track of players’ behavior when gambling online and will prompt customer service reps to contact the right people.

The core team at Harvest Trends is composed of Hudson, who is a 17 year veteran in the player development and casino marketing fields, Jackie Parker, president and founder who brings 12 years of experience from a consultant’s perspective, Susan Kesel, also a founding member, with 25 years behind her in mainstream casinos, and Colleen Cutler with 30 years of casino industry that now serves on the boar of directors.
